we take two 10" flour tortillas and fill them with our cheese blend, black beans and your choice of protein. once grilled to perfection, we top it with cilantro and cotija cheese. comes with a side of salsa. good for eating and driving!

cowboy quesadilla

yee haw! we take two 10" flour tortillas, fill them with our cheese blend, shredded pork and purple onion and round 'em up on the flat grill. comes with your choice of spicy or sweet bbq sauce.

veggie garden quesadilla

two 10" tortillas filled with our cheese blend, finely shredded cabbage and black beans. when perfectly grilled, we top with shredded lettuce, purple onion, diced tomatoes, cotija cheese and cilantro. comes with salsa.

tostada

craving the crunch? we take a 6" crunchy corn tostada, top it with our cheese blend, black beans and your choice of protein. once the cheese is oh-so-melty, we add cilantro and cotija cheese. add salsa for .25 add "the works" for .75 (shredded lettuce, tomato and purple onion)

in honor of our yoga-loving neighbors, we dish up our signature black beans and lime rice along with sauteed cabbage, purple onions, cotija cheese and cilantro. comes with a side of salsa.

gyro

a most tasty greek meal all rolled up in soft 7" pita bread. we take our lamb/beef blend, load it with shredded lettuce, purple onion, vine ripened tomatoes and add a generous amount of our tzatziki sauce.

el poblano

when chubby is a good thing. we stuff a smoked poblano with cheese blend and your choice of protein. it melts down nice on the flat grill, is rolled into a flour tortilla and topped with g-sauce, cotija cheese, purple onion and cilantro. comes with one ground beef, pork or chicken taco and beans and lime rice.

the gertie burger

bigfoot approved. todd and steph grew up on this burger, albeit much smaller. a half-pound angus burger, grilled on the flat grill, this monster dwarfs a perfectly toasted kaiser roll. we load it up with lettuce, vine ripened tomato, purple onion, pickles, mayo, ketchup and mustard (saucy like todd).

pulled pork | pulled brisket sandwich

choose our melt-in-your-mouth pork or brisket, load it inside perfectly toasted bread (todd toast). then pick sweet or spicy bbq and 1 side and you'll be in heaven!

triple threat

this thing should be illegal folks drive miles out of their way for this. shredded pork, shredded brisket and shredded cheese blend is pattied up and grilled. we load it into a toasted kaiser bun that's dolled up with mayo, purple onion, lettuce, vine ripened slices of tomato and your choice of sweet or spicy bbq sauce. comes with one side.

go boss burrito

whole lotta burrito with a whole lotta flavor. a12 flour shell stuffed plumb full of your choice of protein, black beans, lime rice, purple onions and our fresh salsa. topped with odd todd's signature "g sauce", cotija cheese and cilantro. g-sauce is a slightly smoky, yet oh-so-flavorful pasted poblano sauce).
